I want to travel and connect on the fly - remember even as we travel it is important to open our doors and hearts. We are always coming home with one another.

Interests

Yoga, qi gong, meditation. Energy medicine. Sacramental plant medicines. I believe our Mother is communicating with us loudly, and it is time to heal our bodies minds hearts spirits and listen to her. She has a beautiful voice and we may reunite with her as soon as we choose to surrender to Love.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I love sharing Reiki energy with my friends. I have a calm, healing presence and can sometimes return breath to the lower belly of friends who have suffered from shortness of breath and anxiety for years.
