About Me
ABOUT ME
I'm a scientist and an artist. I studied biology with an emphasis in entomology & arachnology. I like to paint and write poetry. I travel with a violin and a hula hoop but am just learning the violin. I'd love to hear YOU play it if you know how! I can teach a couple of simple but impressive looking hoop tricks. I like to cook and would love the opportunity to make you a meal. (Luckily I also like cleaning! It's super rewarding to me.) I do my best to always operate from a heart-centered place of unconditional love. Of gratitude and service. I love being free in nature but also appreciate the endless sonder of city life. For a living, I have been a nanny, a sunday school teacher, a waitress, a file clerk, a biology/chemistry/physics laboratory technician, a plant pathology lab intern, a biology/chemistry/mathematics tutor, a house cleaner, and an environmental activist. I now live and work on a farm in Oregon. For a life, I have been a dreamer, a student, an occupier, a healer, a creator, an explorer. My reviewers refer to two people because I used to travel with my girlfriend but we separated about a year ago.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to immerse myself everywhere I go. I want to travel and meet wonderful people along the way. I want to make art and give it away. I want to live my life as a collaborative work of art and love.
