COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had surfers and surfed couches my entire life, but I started using the CS website when I came to Italy in 2007 to visit my brother and sister in Cosenza. I'm a natural hostess and love to make people feel at home, even when I'm in... their.. home

Finding my way around new places, collaborating in the kitchen, trying new wines, hiking to hot springs, bicycling around cities aimlessly, DANCING--can be found dancing to nearly anything, FISHING--really I'm just in love the anticipation of it-- dreaming about what I might catch, and eventually eat... and how I'm gonna cook it!-- I caught my first fish EVER on a hand-line last year in Fiji- a GLORIOUS mackeral tuna... mmm.... real Fijian coconut milk

I really just want to travel around to the world's grape growing regions and learn all about the wines they're producing, the areas they come from, the food they're meant to go with.... I want to learn French, and German, and Portuguese... then maybe work a vintage in Alsace, Porto, and Styria. Big dreamer.

We could start in the kitchen.. I love expanding on my range of exotic spices. I can correct you on your English grammar and pronunciation if you want. I could teach you about Italian wines.. I really want to learn to sail, and to bake delicious pastries, and to play the guitar... I'd love to practice hand-stands?.. maybe learn a new type of dance? FLAMENCO? CAPOEIRA?

You can teach me something about where you come from, and I can do the same
