About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Breaking cycles and discovering something new. Following passions.
ABOUT ME
timeline: grew up in Lawrence, ks. Lived in Germany w/ a host family for my Junior yr of High School. Moved to Colorado for my Senior yr of High school, Graduated from Boulder High. I am in my final year of Business School. Currently studying abroad in South Korea.
The couple of year I've had many personal struggles. Traveling has been a liberating. I feel in my element meeting new people, navigating maps and landscapes and solving problems in the moment.
PHILOSOPHY
My philosophy seems to always be changing as I question and learn about existing in the world. At one time this was my philosophy but you are always welcome to see what it is now:
I try my best to live slowly. Let each emotion sit before I act. There is such beauty in simplicity. If something is interesting to someone, it is interesting. I love learning about others hobbies and interests.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'd love to bring laughter and trade stories in any home. I really enjoy families and hanging out with kids. I have 4 nephews at home that I miss every day.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My mother is on couch surfing and has always enjoyed inviting interesting people to come and stay with her. I have stayed on many couches.
Interests
Biking, making art, dancing, singing, cooking, music of any kind, yoga, health
Different interests hold my focus as sometime. I can talk about different methods of developing the voice for singing but I haven't kept up with my practices so I could put more focus in learning new dance moves and biking.

Big fan of adventure time.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was in Delhi, I was in a museum area of the city without much food. When I mentioned to our rickshaw driver that we need food he took us to the mouth of a mysterious alley. I trusted him and wandered down until i found a mess hall style cafeteria and for the equivalent of 2 dollars we were offered an endless supply of beautiful Indian food. I love what trust can bring.
Teach, Learn, Share
Enthusiastic about learning any trade or skill, especially sustainable practices, artistic trades, new recipes, and anything else a host is willing to share.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Discussion on many topics, dancing, singing and all the little things I've picked up along the way.
