Overview
About Me
I am a 24 years old French woman. I have lived in five different countries in my life. France is my home country, I was born there in the city with one of Europe's most beautiful castle: Versailles. I lived in Kansas for three years as a teenager and travelled around the United States with my family and all our pets in a huge car. Loved living on the roads! I studied in Paris, the city of tourists in love for five years, then moved to the United Kingdom for one last year of studies in Gender. I was in one of the most Harry Potter - like universities there, and had an amazing time studying in old libraries, and having candle lit dinner wearing a cape. At the time, and for those who love poetry, I lived in Silvia Plath's house! (To be honest, I had never heard about her before moving there) I lived in Morocco for three + three months in 2013 and 2014. Loved it: great people, amazing food, breathtaking landscapes. Traveled to Indonesia for a research last year, and lived in Switzerland for work for 9 months. I am now back in the UK for holidays. Also, I love reading and consider myself a feminist :)

Music, Movies, and Books
Favorite Music? I don't really have preferences, depends on the day, my mood etc.
Favorite Movies? Really like Pulp Fiction, 37,2 le matin is a must too, Wong Kar Wai movies also...
Books.... Duras, Camus, Proust: I love classics! But I am open to other things. Authors that have influenced me the most were probably Bourdieu and Nietszche. I really like Virginie Despentes as well.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Going to Indonesia on my own to carry out research for my dissertation in the matriarchal society of West Sumatra. Lots of paper work, super scary, but awesome experience in the end!
