How's it going?

I'm interested in Couch Surfing as I'd like to meet people from around the world and learn about their culture. I think it gives a real insight into a country.

I've done quite a bit of traveling in the past having gone to Brazil, Thailand, Guatemala and France to name a few countries. I always like to see new places.

In my free time, I like to travel, bake cakes (yum!), practice my languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese and English) and meet new people.

I've taught English whilst doing voluntary programmes in Bolivia, Thailand and Honduras. Whilst in Bolivia and Thailand I lived with natives, which gave a real insight into the culture of these two countries. I especially enjoyed when my host family in Thailand invited me to celebrations for the Day of the Dead. Really interesting!
