Hi, I´m Amelie. I´m a photographer, I like watching people, architecture, life - it's interesting what happens around you when you just hold on for a second. My big passion is baking and dancing, mostly contemporary or contact. Cows are the most beautiful souls and things that make me happy are wind, the sea, smiling people and the sounds of nature. Currently I'm reading books on photo theory and decolonization of art history.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I got the chance to live with a host family for 6 months in the United States and to get to know their life, traditions and culture. Although it's already more than 9 years ago we still keep in touch.

2020, I did workaway for the first time. I stepped out of my comfort zone, first a bit frightening, but in the end amazing!

I found my best friend in another country.

If it interests you I can show you how to do analog photography (you have to stop me when I'm talking to much about it :)), I can show you cool places to dance in Berlin (not the club kind of dance thing, more like improvisation dancing, 5rhythms, contact dance,..) and can recommend ongoing exhibits :).
