I am hippylike, I take life as it comes, I dont stress much unless something really needs to get done.I work very hard when i am passionate if I am not crazy over something, you will know :) I enjoy meeting new people, and sharing stories from grandmother stories to the latest news.I enjoy good laughs with friends and I am always game for a comfy couch with a nice cup of tea. I enjoy hiking, i cant stand people who go and on about them selves or use other people or what society or media projects to define themselves. I am happy to learn from others people and also to be inspired by people to live better.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I discovered couchsurfing through my boyfriend when he started hosting people from all over, I have hosted a few times and its been great fun. I am more than happy to welcome a dear traveller who can gel with me and help make your travelling experience a memorable one :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I enjoyed hosting Janet and Ari, a wonderful couple from the United States who stayed with me in Penang, they truly made my weekend so fun, and to see them enjoying what Penang has to offer made me fall in love with Penang again and they came back to Penang to stay with me the following year :)

Interests

I enjoy meeting new people, I love travelling to new places especially beaches or mountains/hilly areas. i enjoy reading books on life( Mitch albom, Catherine Lim...)I seem to be growing a green thumb, I love growing flowers, herbs, and green leafy plants. I have a huge garden at home and i have 3 dogs. i enjoy hiking, baking, and trying out craft ideas with glass mosaic. hopefully soon! I enjoy train rides!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

An amazing thing i have done so far was swim behind the 100 metre Pagsanjan falls in Philippines!

My most amazing holiday was with my boyfriend in Vigan :) where we went crazy and bought ourselves antique capiz shell windows, ate loads of longanisa( native sausage) and enjoyed strolling along the cobble stoned streets of Vigan, Philippines :)

Shave my head bald to raise funds for cancer!

I recently did ALOT of DIY work with my boyfriend Rudy to start up our little cafe which is also our home :) that was fun!

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to meet people who could teach me more about gardening, maybe throw me more tips on travelling,and I would love share my home and culture to you and my crazy life experiences and i hope you will too:)
