Overview
About Me
I am a girl, 20-something years living in Finnish Lapland. I am attending university and majoring in political science. When ever I have time I'm volunteering in big events, enjoying sports, cooking or travelling.
I am a curious person who is interested in many things. So far I have been living in three different countries including Finland, and it would not come as a surprise for anyone if I moved abroads again. Living far away from my family has taught me some independency even though freedom and choosing your own future have always been important for me. Sometimes I might be even too independent. Being lived so far and so many times far from my family, have friends become more and more important part of my life. I consider myself as a considerate person, if some people seem to have a good time and they don't need me, I will stand back. I see that it is better that way for them, if they need me and want me they will ask. Maybe the most valuable thing that living abroads have taught me is me-time, I used to do day trips etc. alone, and in a way I might be there still. Someone come and pull me out of there, to spend time with other people! It has been hard to admit that people have changed and moved on while you were not there, but admiting that is yet another lesson in life.
I am not yet sure what I will be when I graduate, future will show that. I am not too stressed about that, the journey is important not the outcome. I am enjoying every step of the journey - I'm sure that will lead to a good outcome in the end.

Music, Movies, and Books
Absolutely the best book ever is P.S. I love you. I didn't know that it's possible to cry and laugh that much during one book. Just awesome. Naturally I haven't seen the film because it would ruin everything ;)
I like comedies, kind of brainless movies. Romantic comedies are the best (I know :D ). Also some sporty movies but there aren't that many of them.
