About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Have fun and smile with other people!
ABOUT ME
I'm just getting started with "real life" I just graduated from Eastern Washington University. I took the long way about it. I tend to do that with most things in life. I went to High School in a rural community in Oregon, and carry that culture with me (I'm a bit of a redneck) Which can mean that fun can get a bit rowdy! I have recently discovered that cooking is fun. I enjoy a fun night dancing or a night in with good friends. Boardgames or dancing, it doesn't matter, I have fun. I have just discovered traveling and am hopelessly addicted. Being in another continent has made me realize how little of my own country I have experienced. So I have set my sights on that goal as of late. I have been riding horses since I could sit up, and am hopelessly addicted to that too :) My favorite thing about traveling is the people. I have met amazing people from all classes since I've been in South America. Seeing the sights is great and enriching, but the people and their cultures and experiences are the most interesting to me.
PHILOSOPHY
Life is what you make it! Also, the outside of a horse is good for the inside of a man.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite book is East of Eden, I'll read just about anything, except for sappy romance novels. I also really enjoyed Atlas Shrugged. There is some strong philosophy in that book. I listen to just about everything as far as music is concerned. Same goes for movies.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbed waterfalls in the Gran Savanna in Venezuela, ridden on a local ferry along the amazon and saw a pink dolphin jump right next to our boat!! So many others that I'll share in person.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'll share whatever I have really. Spokane is a wonderful city and I enjoy sharing it's culture and history. I have a limited Spanish vocab that I'd be willing to share. I'm also very interested in other languages. If someone would like, I could take them down to my parents house for a riding lesson. I would love to learn some sort of instrument, the more unique the better. I have some good information on staying healthy and exercising that I'd be willing to share with anyone. Of course stories!!
