ABOUT ME

All about me is what I am interested in the least so you will have a good amount of attention. I grew up in Ohio, lived in the Netherlands, Germany and France and Sweden for school, work and an internship. I'm interested in seeing new things.

Anyway, I'm laid back and get into everything! I'm a perfectionist, so I'm unhappy with myself a lot, but that keeps me improving myself, when I'm not too lazy...

I smile and laugh quite easily.

I'm social, modest, appreciative, attentive, deep, thoughtful, caring, passive, fun, gentle, intelligent, creative, active, confused, curious, tired, and very easily amused (but not the in the way where you want me to stop laughing, but rather keep going. I dislike to annoy anyone).

I'll probably like whatever you like, or respect it anyway. I'm only afraid of people who are jerks and those that are very politically minded and angry. We need those people and I respect them but I just don't get into it.

I'm from the USA but have lived Munich since August 2012.

There are lame pictures on my profile because my cameras are always lost, stolen or broken.

Gay

I prefer to have some time time with my guests and make an exchange of some sort: language/culture/photos/cooking tips etc. At the same point, I don't mind hosting for a night if you're friendly enough. I don't like being looked at as a alternative to a hostel, however: business trips, late arrival, early departure. A place to sh•t, shower and shave is at the hostel.

i never thought i would care about the grand canyon in AZ because you see so many pictures of it all the time, but when i saw it and hiked it, it was absolutely amazing
