I'm a lady-preneur since 2007 and have been teaching sewing classes and workshops in textiles. Started making clothes in 1994, as well as practicing yoga. BodyBalance teacher since 2003 and I've been adding and teaching Hatha, Aerial Yoga And Yoga Nidra to it down the line. Currently on my path to add Yin, Vinyasa and Ashtanga to it. And just finished my Lomi-Lomi massage practise.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In hotels, questhouses and dorms, you'll find people. Some will be surprisingly valuable, which is like a great gift. With Couchsurfing, you can really surf for likemindedness or the complete opposite if needed. And it feels so much more authentic than a marketdriven business model chamber. It's nice to switch between alone time and some nice connection.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm afraid that if so start writing here, the most will become overwhelming. I am quite Bi-Polar in all of these themes. From classical music and singer songwriters, to heavy metal and electronic dance music. At the right moment, I'm just as happy to sit in a Kirtan circle and chant as I am dancing the night away at a Tekno Rave or HIS party. I love the new wave of the '80's just as much as I love to walk around on a festival with house and club music.
Films... pretty much the same. I don't like a lot if violence on the screen, but I'll swallow documentaries, fiction and non fiction all at once.
Books I don't do enough, but I'm mostly into mind stuff. Trying to understand what makes us tick and therefor understand myself.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

To be honest. Every time that I'm in the forest I feel this way. The less it is been controlled by human hands, the more I love it. How decay becomes life in an ongoing cycle. There s something about trees, that I can never get enough off. Battery 2.0
