I listen to a wide range of music, although my favourite genres are Dub, Reggae, a bit of DnB and dubstep and most music from the Nina Simone era.

My favourite kinds of movies are raw gritty ones, Old Boy and Metro Manilla of a couple of my favourites. I try to avoid Hollywood films.

I really don't read enough, but when I do, I like non fiction books I can apply to everyday life

Come to the realisation and understanding that everything is a reflection of self, all feelings good and bad are manifested from within, everything is perspective, to truly overstand this means no body has the power to ever rain in your parade :)
