ABOUT ME

We are an easy-going mid to late twenties married couple, who are endeavouring to explore the world. Very cliche but hey we are Australian and trying to pack in as much travel into one plane ticket out of Oz. Before our travels we were both professionals but are now relishing the idea of 6 months without work, Woo Hoo!

We have been living the London life for one year, whilst travelling where possible. We both enjoy being active but also like our lazy Sundays.

Our interests are traveling, gym, travelling, socialising with friends, travelling, consuming large bottles of red and nauseating amounts of cheese, oh and did we mention travelling.

Most things in moderation, with occasional break outs. We attempt to do more for others than less.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At this point we are mostly takers of the opportunities offered by CS but we hope once we have re-settled back in Australia we can return the favour and be givers!

We also have a couch in London available for the next two months before our travels begin.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Ultimately we've only stayed with friends to date, no CS participants but are excited about the vast opportunities it offers to meet the locals!

We have conflicting tastes here, but will generally sit through Arnold inspired action aswell as Colin Firth romance!

Amie enjoys books such as A fine balance, Tully, The bronze horseman, The colour purple ... i'm sure there are loads more!
