About Me

Hey! I’m Admay Amif— originally from Bangladesh, currently living in the U.S. I’m an engineer by profession and a traveler at heart. I love exploring new cultures, trying local food, and having good conversations with people from different backgrounds.

I’m easygoing, respectful, and always curious to learn how others live and think. I enjoy hiking, road trips, photography, and finding quiet scenic spots to just take it all in. I also like meeting people who are open-minded, kind, and enjoy sharing stories or local experiences.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me, travel is about connection — not just places. I’ve realized that some of my favorite travel memories come from meeting locals who showed me a glimpse of their world. I’d love to do the same — share culture, laughs, and maybe even cook or hang out together if time allows.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share stories about my travels, experiences as an international student, and insights into Bangladeshi and American culture. I’d love to learn about your city from a local’s perspective — hidden spots, traditions, or just everyday life. I’m always up for learning new recipes, phrases in other languages, or anything you’re passionate about.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good company, meaningful conversation, and a respectful presence. I’m happy to help around the house, cook a simple meal, or share snacks or stories from my culture. I’m a clean and considerate guest who values mutual respect and good vibes.
