ABOUT ME

I am ambitious, tenacious, empathetic and adventurous. For the past 6 years, I've called Chattanooga home. I graduated from UTC with a degree in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management and a minor in Sociology. I dove into the nonprofit sector after graduating, first working on a nonprofit urban farm and then at the Chattanooga Area Food Bank. I just relocated from Chattanooga, Tennessee to Salt Lake City. I now work full time at the Utah Food Bank. I'm excited to explore the outdoor scene here- especially the rock climbing.

I love local food. I love community. I love music. I love the outdoors.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have just begun to participate in the couchsurfing community. I want to be able to travel and surf all around the world, but I also love to host people as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have now surfed a few times, and I've got to say that they were both incredible experiences. Each time I have come home with my hope in humanity restored.

兴趣

Climbing, hiking, running, swimming, biking, canoeing, paddle boarding. I love being outside. Climbing is where my passion is. I love to boulder and sport climb which is great because there are so many places to climb in and around Chattanooga.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I spent a month in Zimbabwe working at an orphanage. I fell in love with Doma, Zimbabwe and the children there and can't wait to go back one day!

I just want to live and experience life with people. I want to swap stories- good stories, hard stories, and what may seem like insignificant stories. Our stories make up who we are, and that is why I think it is important to share them with others.
