I became a Chef Assistant at a Fine Dinning Caribbean and French restaurant. I didn't have a degree or had any sort of experience in Culinary, but I did have guts, and a drive that got me noticed by the Executive Chef that he decided to bring me in and teach me the fundamentals and well as everything else that had to do with Culinary. That was one amazing experience I will never forget.

I have found myself in informing people on things like School , Jobs, or just getting a sense of their surrounds , including the use of NYC transportation system that can be really challenging for some people.
