Friendly, outgoing, open-minded and smiley I'd say :).

I've been desperate to backpack for years. Recently finished university. Made a very last minute decision to backpack in France for two weeks in summer 2013. Had such a great couch surfing experience along the way, want to try somewhere else this year.

Hoping this will be the start of a life packed full of fearless travel.

PHILOSOPHY

I don't have a personal philosophy phrase, but am a big believer in happiness, hard work and helping others. These things definitely determine my life choices.

Will be attending lots of events in Cardiff to meet people and get to know the city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have surfed once and loved it. Been to many events and find them exhilarating.

My interests are very wide. On the one hand I love reading, writing, museums and the outdoors...activities that all go very well with isolation.

On the other I love socialising, parties, meeting new people...activities that work best when surrounded by others.

Movies: Into the Wild, Eat. Pray. Love etc. anything inspirational. Action e.g Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. Comedies,romance...just love films! Also love Hollywood classics (e.g Gilda as a result of studying Film).

Music: Once again like a wide range. R&B, Dancehall, Drum & Bass, Dubstep, Soul, Motown, Indie rock, singer-songwriter.

Books: Absolutely love reading. Favourite genres include Thrillers, Fantasy/Adventure, Travel and can't forget trashy chick-lit.
