I am a lawyer living in Istanbul, Turkey. I spent 4 years of my childhood in Sweden and lived in New York for 3 years. Being exposed to different cultures and places, travelling has become not just a passion, but a need for me. Meeting new people along the way makes it just the more amazing and memorable.

I listen to all types of music, but tend to always go back to the oldies.

Star Wars fan; love all Linklater movies; enjoy almost all Tarantino movies; Pan's Labyrinth and Grave of the Fire Flies hold a special place in my heart; I think that In the Mood for Love just maybe the most beautiful movie ever made and I don't want to know what goes in Park Chan Wook's head but can't resist watching his movies.

I grew up with Harry Potter (such a fan that I refused to even watch the trailers of the movies until the book series were finished), enjoy reading the classics, Orwell's 1984 and Golding's Lord of the Flies have always freaked me out, my favourite books are Turkish poetry books (Özdemir Asaf, Cemal Süreya, Orhan Veli, Behçet Necatigil, Bedri Rahmi are some of my favorites)

I went to 2008 Beijing Olympics Opening Ceremony,
50 day trip to Africa which just stole my heart.
