About Me

Hello there!

I'm Amine, originally from Rabat, Morocco. In 2018, I embarked on a life-changing adventure when I moved to Rome to pursue a Ph.D., and I'm thrilled to say that I successfully completed that journey.

I wear many creative hats - I'm a photographer, filmmaker, and a digital communication enthusiast. My passion for visual storytelling and communication drives me to explore new horizons every day.

When I'm not behind the lens or immersed in the digital realm, you'll find me pursuing my love for exploring the world. I thrive on meeting people from diverse cultures, and I cherish the opportunity to connect with kindred spirits. Whether it's trekking through beautiful landscapes, biking along scenic routes, getting lost in the pages of a good book, or crafting stories through writing, I'm always up for an adventure.

I'm a perpetual learner, constantly trying to add new languages to my repertoire and absorbing knowledge from various sources. Making videos, listening to music, and indulging in thought-provoking documentaries are some of my favorite pastimes.

In a nutshell, I'd describe myself as passionate, social, and sincere. I believe in the power of human connection and the beauty of shared experiences. So, if you're looking for a host or a fellow traveler to explore new horizons with, feel free to connect with me. Let's share stories, laughter, and unforgettable moments together!

ABOUT ME

As cowards as we can be, as confused as we may feel, as fast as we can run away from them, our passions end up by catching us like an archer's arrow .

PHILOSOPHY

Traveling is living twice.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Meeting different people is a way to travel from yourself to the whole humanity. And Couchsurfing is the best proof of this. So,
I will be waiting for you in Rome, as long as I am not traveling nor working.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Actually, I have been quite busy these past three years because of my work and other stuff. But, you know what? The thing I missed while I was away is Couchsurfing. Now, I am feeling ready to be more active this year.

I hope to be able to live new interesting couchsurfing experiences exactly as the first ones.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Smoking kills, and brazilian pineapple too. My weird, but unforgettable experience was to drink one f****** liter of delightful pineapple juice in Brazil leading me to spend one day in hospital instead of spending it in "Bar Central".
