About Me

Hello, I'm a dancer from London, but have been travelling India and Europe the last several months, doing many courses in meditation, healing, movement, yoga... whatever comes.... silent retreats, darkness retreats, psychedelic retreats. Basically, if it involves retreating, I'm in!

I'm next doing an MA in Somatic Wellbeing in England, and continuing to explore more healing and meditation modalities, ways of perceiving the world and moving through it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To travel in a more interesting way, and to meet like minded wanderers, diverse minded wonderers, those in whom confusion is only occasionally muddied with the deceptive allure of clarity.

And because unless I meet people who live where I visit I don't really feel like I've visited the place!

I've hosted many itinerant nomads when I was housed in London and enjoyed the diversity and adventure of sharing my home.

These last months I am experimenting with being a wandering renunciate of worldy possessions in boldy seeking new ways to live, exist and create.

Music, Movies, and Books

I've been reading a bunch of Rumi and other mystic poets which has been fun, but when I want to relax I actually enjoy pretty much any film from the Marvel universe. It's like the biggest budget soap opera you could ever encounter.

Then to pass the time I've been listening to Sam Harris podcasts - not that I'm in tune with all those views but I like it when a conversation turns to philosophy of mind.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ok not really amazing but its a funny story - I've been a zombie in a Tom Cruise film and a Brad Pitt film.
