Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Obviously to make new friends; however,

as a surfer:
Firstly, someone who shares their home with strangers is not only hospitable, but also valuable.
Secondly, based on my experience solo travellers have opportunities to meet new people only during the day! At night every one is more careful, maybe unconsciously. Couchsurfing helps not to be alone after the sunset.

as a host:
Some surfers are well-crazy! I'd love to have these people around.
