About Me

Voilà, My name is Amir, and I'm an Iranian-German guy residing in Mannheim. I migrated to Germany years ago to pursue my studies. I hold a B.Sc in petroleum engineering and an M.Sc in chemical/process engineering. Currently, I work as a process engineer in Mannheim. During the first 7 years after migrating, I studied in the northeastern part of Germany in Lower Saxony, and in 2022, I relocated to Mannheim.

I have a deep passion for traveling, and I simply cannot stay at home doing nothing for more than 2 days. Sometimes, I venture out just to wander around and relish in observing people enjoying the fresh air. I am quite sociable and love making new friends. Cooking is my true passion, so if you ever visit my home, I would be delighted to prepare a delicious Persian meal for you. I also enjoy engaging in discussions about politics and geopolitical issues around the world. I love watching “good” movies and listening to “good” music. By “good” I mean not all kinds of craps out there ;) I regularly go jogging, practice yoga, and have a fondness for swimming. As I mentioned earlier, I also enjoy taking long walks.

I live in a cozy house in the eastern part of Mannheim, which is accompanied by a serene environment nearby. Additionally, there is a large lake close to my home where you can swim and have picnics during summer. Although I don't have any pets, I adore them. I also have numerous plants, so don't be surprised to find an abundance of greenery when you visit. They are like my little babies.

Living alone here, most days I have to go to work. However, there are occasions when I can stay at home and do Home Office. If you ever plan to drop by, I might be able to host you personally. Alternatively, I can show you around the city as well as other beautiful cities near Mannheim, if you are interested.

I believe I've covered the important details. So, feel free to reach out to me if you ever seek a place in a tranquil part of Mannheim.

P.S. I am a very organized and tidy person. My house is quite spacious, and I have a few rules, such as no shoes allowed indoors. If you are a smoker, you can smoke on my balcony, which offers a great view. Aside from that, just ask me anything, and I'll be happy to respond.
