About Me

My partner Bo and l love to travel - some of our best experiences have been with couchsurfing, wooffing, and other homestay/volunteer arrangements. When we're not traveling, hosting provides the opportunity to "travel" by meeting new, interesting people.

I strive to live with honesty and excitement. I am always learning and trying new things. I am passionate about sustainability, spending time outdoors, genuine conversation, music and great books, and eating delicious food.

*Ideal request time is 2-3 weeks outside your desired dates. We have busy schedules and receive a lot of requests, so last minute requests will likely not be considered.

**No seasonal housing requests, please! I understand finding housing in Jackson is tough, but we can only host visitors.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy connecting with new people and learning about different cultures. I hope to be a value-added guest while traveling and a gracious host to those wishing to experience the amazing Jackson Hole landscape.

Music, Movies, and Books

My passion for art, particularly books and music, grows and changes all the time. I love to listen to/read all kinds of things, and then talk about the joy and meaning they provide. However, I could talk classical music and Shakespeare all day long.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just during 2017:

- learned to make cheese on a diary farm in Aosta Valley
- learned about sustainable agriculture by working on small farms in France and Italy
- learned to make bread in Provence
- learned to cook Moroccan food in Fes
- camped with the donkeys on Mount Toubkal in Morocco
- trekked in the Annapurna and Everest regions, tromped through the jungles of Chitwan National Park in Nepal
- backcountry skiied in Grand Teton National Park

Teach, Learn, Share

We can share conversation and good food, and hopefully learn from each other.
