Hello!

I just moved to Hebden Bridge about two weeks ago from Todmorden. I am on a two-year work visa since January. Currently, I am a waitress at the Old Gate Bar & Restaurant in Hebden Bridge. Originally, I am from Toronto, Canada where I was born and raised. There I am a student at the University of Toronto for undergrad. Coming to England was inspired by the need for a new experience and so far I am really enjoying it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am using couchsurfing to find places to stay for two-three nights at a time. The place I am living was already rented out for tourists before hand so I can't be there when they arrive. Basically, I need a place to stay so I can still go to work. In the summer I was hoping to also use couchsurfing when travelling.
