ABOUT ME

I am very well-rounded. I have a diverse backgound and am extremely curious by nature, which has helped me to get along with ppl of all kinds! I love learning about others- where they come from, where they've been... What can I learn from them?? I like the fact that there are soooo many ways to accomplish something, and not just one... creativity is key! I want to experience all I can in my time here. I want to be the best person I can be, and raise my son to be open-minded and tolerant as well. I also want to have fun! I want to LIVE, in short! I am easy to get along with and am very friendly and nurturing... I want to surround myself with fun-loving, genuine ppl, and create as many wonderful memories as possible!

PHILOSOPHY

Live in the present. Learn from your mistakes, then move on. Don't beat yourself up over the past... Don't sweat the small stuff! Don't obssess over materialistic things; take pride in yourself and all you do!

Interests

I love to read and write. I am a Journalism major. I like to help ppl, and am always looking for a volunteer project to be involved with. I love and appreciate music and diff types of communication and self-expression. I love out- of -the- box type of ppl... I like trying new things and learning from others. I like feeling enlightened.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books:I like A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle. Growing up I loved Catcher in the Rye... I like all kinds of books, especailly mysteries... Movies: I love Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless mind, Requim of a Dream, Jerry McQuire, etc... Music: I appreciate all kinds really. I especially like A Perfect Circle, Tool, White Stripes, Sublime, Coldpaly, Kings of Leon, Black keys, etc...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been many places inside and outside of the US... but not nearly enough! I AM JUST GETTING STARTED! However, my dad is Syrian and going to Syria has been, thus far, the best place I've been... Damascus, Syria is the oldest city in the world, full of so much history! It is incredible!
