I couchsurfed six summers ago with one of my best friends while backpacking around Europe. We met really cool people that helped us see the city from a local perspective (which is invaluable) and I've now hosted in Mexico as well. It's nice to see that those random encounter have become friendships with no time and geographical borders.

My favorite book is The Master and Margarita but I also like Milan Kundera's books a lot. I don't have just ONE favorite movie but I could watch Almost Famous on repeat forever.

I love salsa dancing and I love sharing that passion with other people. And I'm a pretty good teacher! I'll get you dancing and spinning on our first night out :) I'm also a fairly good cook and love to share and learn recipes. I can help out with English and Spanish and I LOVE learning new languages, so I'll gladly trade language lessons! I would also love to learn more about photography as I started to pick it up as a hobby on my trip around Southeast Asia.
