About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Living and experiencing as much as I can. Making world a better place one step at a time.

ABOUT ME

Open minded young professional with an unexpected twist. I am open minded been told I'm funny and I think I am without sounding too narcissistic. A little shy before ice breaks. Always looking to make new friends and enjoy fabulous experiences with. Love very broad range of music (love drums), enjoy reading books, love practicing yoga and hiking and just die for nature. Trees are my favorite. Love wide range of beers and a big fan of Jägermeister. As a Canadian, it shouldn't be a shock that I like my plants lol.

I advocate for compassion and no judgement.
Peace, Love, Unity, Respect.

PHILOSOPHY

Laugh as much as possible.
Shouldn't dwell in the past because it made me the person I'm today.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hosted half a dozen people years ago; I had a blast doing it. I haven't been able to host for quite some time cause of housing arrangements but been active showing surfers around my beautiful city. I also helped couple of surfers to practice their English over Skype which was pretty cool. in return, I learned about their cultures.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couch surfed in Montreal and Toronto which was one of the funnest traveling I have ever got to experience. I had the two most amazing hosts that a couchsurfer could wish for in Montreal. They were both super nice and friendly. They showed us around the city, we cooked together and threw the best party ever.
My hosts in Toronto were the nicest people ever. They cooked for us and took us to Wonderland, their treat and were amazingly welcoming towards us.

Interests

Love walking especially within trees. Listening, absorbing and letting go.
Listening to music metal, rock, raggae, blues, folk rock, indie folk, psychedelic, trans, house and the list goes on.
Listening to music snowboarding down the hills is another favourite past time of mine.
Yoga is awesome. Not only it put your mind at peace, it connects your mind with your entire body. It also helps with body posture and it's a great workout.
Enjoy playing football (the real thing not the American handball) used to play for a semi-professional team and I'm a fan of Manchester United since I was a child. All you haters out there, don't hate.. love ;)
Love ice hockey as it's fast and tough, just like baseball haha. Canuck forever.
Wrestling is one of my favorite sport as I used to wrestle and I mean real wrestling not fake American tv wrestling.

Couch surfing in Montreal and Toronto was an unbelievable experience.
Niagara falls was pretty epic.
It was really amazing to visit Persepolis and Ali-Sadr Cave both located in Iran.
Visiting Belgium and great city of Brussels was a fabulous experience. It's heartwarming to see a country so welcoming and open to diversity.

Teach, Learn, Share

Always excited to learn new things and love hearing about experience and stories and learn about new cultures. If I can teach someone anything I will be proud to do so. I'm good at math ;)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Besides getting a free couch to surf, making new friends, connecting and sharing meaningful experiences are all great perks that I appreciate. I can also share my story with you which is not your everyday story, that I can promise :)
I can make you laugh and I've also been told I'm good at making conversations.
I can contribute to cost of shared foods and I can make some dishes for when you come home after work. I don't mind doing some cleaning around the house either.
I can help your practice English and Farsi and can also teach a thing or two about Canadian and Persian culture.
