About Me

I am an engineer and a researcher in the field of signal processing and AI.
I love learning new activities and recently I started Ski and I think I am learning it at a good pace. I also love reading books on topics like history, and complexity theory ( look up Melanie Mitchel at SFI). Everywhere I live I fall in love with it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Honestly, in the beginning, it was a just free couch, but when I started going to CS gatherings and learn more about it then I liked the idea. I believe CS helps travellers to visit a city through the eyes of local people who are not seeking any financial benefit. In hotels all the respect, if any, is because of the money we pay and human interaction is fake. But in CS we see real people and it can magnify the pleasure of travel in order of magnitudes.
I also personally love to know people, talk to them and if they need help, then help them.

Interests

My interests include playing soccer, skiing, hiking, biking, hot springs, meditation, morning pages, reading books, not for fun, and socializing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skiing. I was afraid to do Ski but I did it and am really excited that I could challenge myself again and be successful. It is not all about just sliding it is about confidence and this is what I like about it.
