Couchsurfing makes the whole world a community. It is a beautiful way to travel, meet interesting people, and get to know the true spirit of the place you are visiting. I think that meeting strangers and exchanging ideas and places to stay makes people so sympathetic and helpful. I have had some wonderful hosts and guests, and I'm looking forward to more.

So many books! The Mists of Avalon, Romancero Gitano, The Once and Future King, American Gods, The Inkheart Trilogy, Romeo and Juliet, The Lord of the Rings, The Alchemist, Dreams Underfoot, The Liveship Traders... Now I am beginning to write and publish my own books, which has been my dream since I was a child.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Spending all night under the stars on the Dune du Pyla near Arcachon. I got to watch the sun set over a calm sea in the evening, and illuminate the misty forest the next morning. I saw the stars come out as the sky turned dark, the crescent moon glow, and four bright shooting stars fall. All I could hear was the waves, crickets, and a single cuckoo. It was breath-taking.
