ABOUT ME

I don't worry too much about living by the rules or worrying about what might happen. Whatever makes me simultaneously extremely uncomfortable and extremely joyful is what I will be doing. Except right now, until May, when I am in graduate school, which is the opposite of joyful.

I'm also an obsessive climber (however, you won't find too many climbers who are not obsessed with climbing).

I have been able to host in the past but currently have housemates who would not be comfortable with it. :(

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walking through Goma when everything was shut down, not functioning. Touching a dead Nile crocodile in the back of a pick-up truck. Sitting in the village in the north finally able to grind sesame paste by hand and the women all laughing at my joy to be able to do such a simple thing, able to finally speak and understand in Acholi.
