Hello你好! My name is Tzu-Chuan. I am from Taipei, the capital of Taiwan and currently doing exchange program in University of Alicante, Spain. I'm 22 years old studying Administracion y Direccion de Empresas (ADE). I was actually studying in International Bachelor Program of Agribusiness in Taiwan. I chose ADE as my one year major which is highly related to what I was studying.
I was a exchange student through Rotary Youth Program when i was 16 in Bermuda, UK.

From my perspective, traveling is not just go to some tourism spots and take photos, its more than that! Its meeting the local and experience the culture.
From my previous experience of studying abroad, i stayed with host family the entire year. Not only have someone to take care of me but treat me like their child as a family member. Therefore, this time for being a ERASMUS, i asked the Rotary Organization to provide me a host family so I can not only learn about Spanish from them but experience the lifestyle of how Spanish people live and how they enjoy their life.

Next to my studies, I’m a member of orchestra in my school. I love playing violin to amuse myself and bring joys to others. Through team work, I learned the importance of corporation and how to be a better member/ leader of a team.
Also, I joined swimming team representing school to compete with others.
Furthermore, I'm a dog person that I enjoy being with them so much. I actually have a dog back home. She is definitely the one i miss the most:D
Least but not the less, I love COOKING and EATING!! I always believe food can bring people together so that's why I love cooking and eating of course.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

My experience of being a exchange student in Bermuda by myself while i was 16.
I flew all the way from Taiwan (an island close to eastern part of China) to Bermuda about 14 hours. And I was staying with a local family and went to their local school for an year. Before, I didn't know that I would have the courage to be that far from my family, but I'm really glad that I did it and this experience really made me who I am today.

Taiwanese food and lots of joy!!
I love to share about my culture to people. I celebrated Chinese New Year while I was studying abroad by cooking tons of good Taiwanese food. And I even talked about what our country do to celebrate it to a primary school. Last year, I went to a local school in Spain to introduce about Taiwan to children in order to let them know what is it like on the side of the world-Asia.
