I'm a meditation teacher and a life coach and my current mission is to build up a business to offer transformational retreats around the world.
I want to bring more love to my heart and spread it everywhere and with everyone!

ABOUT ME / SOBRE MI

I used to be a busy city person, raised in Buenos Aires. Then I quit it all and hit the road with my backpack. Now I am a nomad, making my way to be a transformational agent in this planet.

I'm a dreamer, I believe in a better world in which we are all happy, full of love. Sharing instead of competing.

I love yoga, healthy life, meditation and dance. I believe we are creators of our own reality, so I work everyday to be as aligned as I can with my heart and the Universal Source.

Yo era una persona ocupada con vida de ciudad, nacido y criado en Buenos Aires. Luego renuncié a todo y me fui de viaje con la mochila en la espalda. Hoy soy nomade, haciéndome el camino para ser un agente de transformación en este planeta.

Soy un soñador, idealista. Creo en un mundo en el que estamos todos llenos de amor, vibrando alto. Compartiendo en lugar de competir.

Amo el yoga, la vida sana, la meditación y la danza. Creo que somos creadores de nuestra realidad y trabajo cada día para estar más alineado con mi corazón y la Fuente Universal.

I just try to love and embrace every moment. For me, life is not the way it is, but the way you take it. So, smile a lot to life and life will smile back to you. Give love and Earth will be a better place for all of us to live in.

I've had great experiences connecting with great people through CS. It is amazing to exchange experiences with absolute strangers and find so much kindness and generosity. It boosts my faith in a better future for the planet.

I haven't had the chance to host people so far. I'm badly looking forward to having a place to do so!!

Interests

I like meditating and practicing yoga. I'am interested in natural healing and I LOVE cooking. "Let food be your medicine, and your medicine be your food".
I like hiking and camping in nature. Spending time outdoors is key to my wellbeing.

Me gusta meditar y practicar yoga. Estoy interesado en la medicina natural y AMO cocinar. "Que tu alimento sea tu medicina y tu medicina sea tu alimento".

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The biggest thing I did was quit my job, leave my appartment, university and everything behind to start travelling. The best resolution I took that changed all my life into a much more colourful one!

Lo más grande que he hecho fue renunciar a mi trabajo, dejar mi departamento, universidad y todo atrás para empezar a viajar. La mejor decisión que tomé y que cambió mi vida por una mucho más colorida.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach meditation, offer coaching sessions and a new perspective of the personal growth.
I also love poi spinning and taching it!
I can also cook yummy hearty meals =)

Puedo enseñar meditación, ofrecer sesiones de coaching y una nueva perspectiva del crecimiento personal.
También amo jugar "poi" y enseñarlo!
Y puedo cocinar comidas ricas y con amor =)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share some yoga exercises, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation.
I have an instrument called Ovni Drum, which is sooooo beautiful. I use it to guide meditations and relaxation sessions, like sound healing. I love to share it with others.

Also I play led and fire poi, which is beautiful to see and do at night. I could also teach you the tricks I know. It is a really pleasent activity to do with others.

Puedo compartir ejercicios de yoga, respiración, relajación y meditación. Tengo un instrumento llamado Ovni Drum que es muuuy lindo. Lo uso para guiar meditaciones y sesiones de relajación como musicoterapia. Es muy sanador. Me encanta compartirlo!
