ABOUT ME

I love travelling and meeting people from other countries, but so far, I have always done it in the research context. I have been to Australia, working for my PhD thesis topic. I have also been to The Nederlands, and Canada, among other countries.

PHILOSOPHY

I think life can be nice when we try to live in a positive friendly way. Love and good feelings are the origin of happiness and good relations between people, and I try to actively contribute to this in my every day life. But of course, I also can have some bad days and just hate everyone, jejeje

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I heard about CS from a chilean friend who is a CS member already. Once, she invited me to take for a walk around Santiago a Dutch guy from CS who was visiting Santiago and ask her for a citytour. So I "helped her" to show the city to a CS, and that is my first and only experience in CS.
I have done similar citytours with other visitors form
other countries before knowing CS existed!
I think that is the best way to get to know new places, new cultures and local (trustable) people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed many couches (I am rather short, so I can confortably sleep almost everywhere), and I have showed Santiago to many foreign friends visiting Chile. However, I joined the CS community just before starting a trip, so I have only couchsurfed through CS so far. When I am back home, I will be glad to offer my couch!
