About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I just wanna travel the world, meet new people and enjoy myself!

ABOUT ME

I've been to quite a few places around the world, more often as holidays rather than travelling. I'm ready to branch out, grab a backpack and start my solo adventure.
I like dystopian literature, animals, architecture, hiking, nature and most importantly, FOOD. :)

PHILOSOPHY

Do what makes you happy. (Unless it illegal, in which case do it anyway).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Much like staying in a hostel, this seems like the perfect way to meet people & and make new friends. There would be no better way to immerse myself into a culture than staying with a local, not to mention how helpful it would be when it comes to finding the best place to eat. :D

Interests

Having studied Literature at University, it's always been a big part of my life. From writing angsty blogs as a 16 year old to my dystopian dissertation to complete my degree, fiction is a real passion of mine.
I also love working out, cycling, lifting weights; anything active! I used to be a pretty fat teen so I guess I'm making up for it now. :D
I love cooking almost as much as I love eating so be prepared to see me stuffing my face 70% of the time.
Although I do enjoy a drink, I would much rather wake up at 5am to catch a sunrise than party through the night & get up at 5pm.

Music, Movies, and Books

It's hard to choose, but Nineteen Eighty Four has gotta be my favourite book. Favourite film....I love all the LOTR's & also anything Tarintino. Music I'm open to anything, my favourite genre is probably 90's Hip Hop.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Fighting a forest fire and saving a large array of primates whilst volunteering in South Africa. Terrifying, breathtaking experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

People from different cultures, intelligent opinions and interesting frames of thought.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Morocco, Pakistan, Poland, Scotland, Serbia, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, United States
