About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I want to travel, meet new people, try new things, always test and push myself and others hoping to strengthen myself and each other and make the world a better place. But even more than that I want to be unlimited, able to go and do anything without troublesome constraints.

ABOUT ME

I'm a very relaxed person, I'm in love with "go with the flow." That is how I want to live; one day at a time, not worried about deadlines or tomorrow. I feel stuck where I am right now, but once I find a way out, I'll be " Driftin Away Like A Feather In Air Lettin My Soul Take Me Away From The Hurt And Despair." One of my goals in life I think would be to buy my own ship (not a cruise liner or anything that huge) and make it my home; a home I can take anywhere, and have many adventures all over the world, making amazing lifelong friends along the way. It's just a fantasy right now, but it will happen some day, and I am impatiently waiting for my chance with undying anticipation.

PHILOSOPHY

I live to LIVE. All you need in life is a goal, a strong will, and patience, love, and passion. My philosophy is: I would rather live happy than exist wealthy. Life is amazing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing because I believe in the kindness and hospitality of others. I also believe that the time spent in any place is that much more valuable because of the colorful people to be met, time shared with good company. I feel like if I were to travel to some foreign place, I would enjoy it much more by spending time with a friendly local than staying by myself at some hotel - so I would like to do the same for others traveling through my home.

Interests

- I love adventure.
- Music adds color to my world, and to most everybody's world. I don't listen to one particular type of music, I listen to everything, and music overall makes everything that much more fun.
- I want to see the world, the whole world. Experience as much as I can. Culture is amazing, language is amazing.
- I love water. Swimming in the ocean, doing flips into a pool, and even just drinking water. The ocean is one of the most amazing things I've ever seen, and I feel that way no matter how many times I see it. I plan for the ocean to carry me to all my destinations someday.
- Learning fascinates me, and as much as I like learning, being at school is not for me. It's a dull learning experience, and maybe someday it can turn into an adventure, but my youth is an expiring gift that I want to use to its potential. I need to find security without the long tedious path of "traditional education."
- I'm a lover; but I enjoy martial arts, and other similar physical activities. I am part of an underground society of martial artists called trickers. It's a relatively new thing combining several aspects of martial arts, gymnastics, acrobatics, and break dancing. It really is something amazing, I suggest you look it up on YouTube! I also play many other sports for fun like soccer, basketball, table tennis, pretty much anything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- One thing that happened recently was a midnight visit to the Devil's Punch Bowl, a natural park in California. It was a beautiful spring night with a full moon that illuminated everything in a way I cannot begin to describe. I remember thinking how badly I wished I could fly that night, so I can touch the mountain tops that seemed so close, so I can fly to the moon that seemed too close that night.
- Once I was driving to Valencia, CA and I took a route that didn't involve the freeway called bouquet canyon road. It doesn't seem like much but there was so much that I saw on the way that amazed me! I had no idea that such beauty resided in the mountains of the high desert. But it didn't seem like desert; it seemed like forest, everything was green and overflowing with life. I passed a reservoir and almost drove off the road looking at it. Times like that where I wish someone else was driving, so I can look around and dream.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to teach what I know! Teaching people something they want to learn gives off a feeling unlike any other. If you want to learn how to trick? I will help you! How to spin your pen/pencil? No problem. Whatever I know, I will be happy to share. And in exchange for my knowledge, I want to learn something you know too.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can talk a lot...sometimes too much I feel like. I can talk about anything because I'm interested in everything. I am a scientist and generally knowledgeable in many things and really enjoy talking philosophy and other blah blah stuff.
I can share my experiences, which I love doing. I can teach people about myself, and where I come from - what I do and what I can do. I'll share everything.
