Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm looking for friends from around the world, I'm interested in hosting friends and making cultural exchange. I have a school with some programs, when friends visit me they do some programs at the preschool due to their interest like:-

-Teaching
-Giving seminars to the staff
-Visiting poor families
-Doing administrative works
-Raising funds due to the preschool's goal and
-Sponsorship for the needy students

NB: I host friends for FREE, FREE accomodation and a friend can do some programs at the preschool I own, programs are very FLEXIBLE and it's FREE to do. Friends choose what to do and while staying with me some of friends include their visit in climbing mountains, visiting national parks and visiting other historical places in Arusha under supervision of me
