I like singing jazz, bossa nova, boleros, argentinian music and melodies from my head. I like improvising.
I love to dance and move my body, transforming my energy.
I'm from those who like to hear entire music albums.
I love to teach singing and guide people to healing using their own instrument, their voice.
My nutrition is about going to music concerts, theatre, dance performances, sharing music with others, playing instruments, painting, making contact with alive things, humans, animals, plants, nature and cosmos.
I need to be healthy. Always balancing macrobiotic philosophy with beer, wine and cheese.
