I am a Ph.D. student here in France. I like to travel, meet people and hear about their cultures and experiences. I have met really nice people on couchsurfing. Since, this is the last year of my thesis, I am going to be really busy, but I will be really happy to host if I have time to do so.
Apart from that, I am a very simple person and I appreciate simplicity and kindness.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I started couchsurfing after arriving USA and so far I have just met 3 people but it has been a great experience. It made travelling alone way more fun and easier. People guide you and tell you about cities, which is awesome. I love to meet people, listen to their stories, share love for food and travel with them. It has been amazing and I am looking forward to meeting more people.

Music: it depends on my mood but I mostly like pop music.
Books: mostly thriller or fiction. Now a days, I'm reading a small Astrophysics book written by Neil degrass Tyson.
Movies: Almost all. You just have to turn on the TV and I'm hooked :P

I feel being on couchsurfing has been one of most amazing things, nobody believes me when I tell them (Indian friends) that, I'm actually on couchsurfing.

I have been to Khardungla top (18000ft ), it is one of the highest motorable peaks in the world.

I can tell you about my reasearch, which is not boring at all!!! I have many stories from my culture and further cultural shocks, when I went to France (first time) and then USA. I can also cook nice biryani and butter chicken ;)
