I guess I'm a fairly simple guy who doesn't ask for much in life except happiness. I expect my guests/hosts to have a similar train of thought. We're all the same, after all! :)

I've had the pleasure to host quite a few people at home over the last few years. It was a very interesting experience. I've also stayed at a lot of places before even knowing what Couchsurfing was. Hopefully, on one of my endeavors, someone will be generous enough to let me crash at theirs.

I like to listen to music, cook some good food, watch animated television series, or just read a good book. Nothing extravagant.

I actually pride myself for having a diverse choice in music. From Indian classical to dub. As long as it sounds good, I'm ready to listen to it.

My preference for books has changed over the last few years. I've moved on from fantasy to science fiction and now back to a specific genre of fantasy (Indian). I guess it just changes every few years.

I'm afraid I don't watch movies as often as someone else my age does. But I do enjoy science fiction and comedy. :)

I took a trip to the Himalayas with a couple of friends. I had a magical epiphany. Next thing you know I quit my job and started doing what I wanted to do in life.
