About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To experience some wonder before I shuffle off this mortal coil.

ABOUT ME

Hmmm, feels a bit strange to write a paragraph explaining myself but here it goes. I suppose I’m very much in the stage of life where I’m exploring things to see what sticks.

Some constants thus far have been: hiking and being out in nature. I love a rolling green landscape, a jagged face of rock, a placid (or raging) body of water, a field of flowers. I feel the most relaxed and inspired there. A dog’s opinion of a person holds sway over another person’s opinion anyday. I love to cook and experiment in the kitchen - fortunately I have some intuition and the results have generally been favorable, although there have been some interesting ones. I love to hop in the car and drive somewhere random and new and keep driving - maybe I’ll find something interesting along the way. We have GPS these days so how lost could you really get? A craft cocktail is a choice way to unwind for the weekend.

PHILOSOPHY

Be excellent to each other.
