ABOUT ME

I am a student of the classroom and the world. I love learning! I love learning the theory behind what makes us all tick and then going out to see if it is relevant. I am currently on my first trip abroad in Europe. I was born and grew up in Southern Indiana, US. Everyday I realize more and more how thankful I am that I grew up where I did. I am so grounded and realistic because of how I grew up, which has taken me far in my adventures here. My favorite thing to do in my past time is anything that has to do with music. I unfortunatly cannot play an instrument, but I am an avid music lover. Anytime I can listen to music being played live, I am at home. I love learning about others. My favorite part of this trip in Europe has been meeting people from all over the world and learning about their daily life. It is fascinating to me. I guess you could say I am a self proclaimed anthropologist, (or at least that is what I tell myself). I believe this couch surfing network is a beautiful thing and I know I will meet life long friends along the way!

PHILOSOPHY

I have never been much of a philosopher. I would say I am living to understand.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At this point I am traveling, so mostly others are helping me. When I get back to Bloomington in the fall, I would like to open up my home to other sufers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had only one CouchSurfing experince so far. I stayed with a mutual friend. My friend from back home had meet him on here and they went out for a cup of coffee. After her six week experince in Paris, her and the other surfer became good friends. I had the pleasure of meeting up with my friend for the weekend in Paris and this fellow surfer was kind enough to open his home to the two of us. It was an amazing experience and Paris would not have been the same without these two wonderful people!
