I can say my life can be divided into two parts before inner engineering and after inner engineering. (Inner Engineering is a spiritual and Yoga class by isha Foundation) I can speak about my experience for hours but I'll leave it here..we shall when we meet if interested.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

last year when bunch of us friends were trekking in the mountains of wayanad kerala nd it was late in the evening by the time we came down. we searched for hotels around but couldn't find any. We saw this beautiful farm house an a person standing at the gate we asked for help hesitantly if we could camp over for a night in his garden to our surprise he said yes. but that's not the amazing thing but when we woke up the next day he took us to his resort and served us tastiest breakfast n introduced his family and shared his life story. Never thought a stranger could change my perspective towards life. that's the most amazing thing I've seen happend.
