About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Around The World In 180 Days
ABOUT ME
I'm an easygoing guy who is traveling the world after graduating from UC Davis! I'll be gone for six months and traveling in South America, Asia, Southeast Asia, Australia, and Europe.
I love listening to and playing music, and if you have a piano, I'll probably ask you if I can play it! I'm also an avid saxophone player, love going to drum circles, and my mission is to spread love wherever I go. I'm an avid backpacker and I summitted Mt. Whitney (14,505 ft.) last September--it's the tallest mountain in the contiguous United States (The U.S. except Alaska and Hawaii).
I love trying new things, and some of my recent new experiences include taking Yoga and Salsa classes. I love cooking, and I love cooking for other people as well. I also love love.
PHILOSOPHY
The meaning of life is to live it, and to live it the best that you can. Take yourself out of your comfort zone, do the things you want to do.
Live in harmony with every living thing.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Music, Movies, and Books
I love movies that tell a good story. Woody Allen movies are fantastic, as are Mel Brooks movies.
Books: John Steinbeck is my favorite author. I also love Mark Twain. Two of the books that have defined and changed my life are The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test (Tom Wolfe) and Ishmael (Daniel Quinn).
I LOVE music. Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, The Eagles, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Elton John, The Who, The Grateful Dead, Kansas--the list goes on. I love classic rock from the 1960's and 1970's, classical music, progressive and psychedelic rock, and anything new that I fall in love with!
I have a huge list, and I'd love to discuss it with you!
