I'm lucky enough to have a large (for Amsterdam) apartment in a beautiful, unique location. The room I use as my office has a spare bed that goes unused 99% of the time, so I want to share my good fortune with the couch surfing community.

I also love meeting new people and learning new things, so this seems like an ideal solution!

I love food, I love people, and I love music. I spend as much time as possible trying to combine the three.

I love to cook and do so pretty much every day. I find it a meditative. I play bass guitar and will do so just about any band that asks. I love vinyl, not because I think it sounds like better but because I think it encourages intentional listening. I have an unlimited cinema subscription yet mostly watch comedies and blockbusters. Basically, I really like liking things.

I once abseiled down my home town's largest building (not that there are many to compete with) to get over my fear of heights. I'm not sure if it worked but I raised a bunch for charity in the process.

I used to play in bands and had some amazing experiences and met some great people, many of whom have now gone on to be actually famous. Mainly because they, unlike us, could play their instruments well.
