Hi! I'm a half-norwegian, half-irish student living in Norway! I like the sun and warm places in general, so I made an unfortunate choice in parents... anyway, I like to travel, meet people, try and discover new things! I study history, so feel free to tell me about the background of wherever you live! After a semester in France I'm competent in the language, and would love to practice it more!

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to a LOT of music, of very varied styles. I quite enjoy folksy stuff and bluegrass, like Springsteen, the Steeldrivers and Two Gallants, indie stuff like the xx, Silversun Pickups and Brendan Maclean, classical to relax and to study, metal to get pumped (Lamb of God) or to have a silly time (Sabaton or Edguy).

Movies are nice too, spend less time on them though. I will add more here.

Books, I like books. I've read more than my fair share of fantasy and scifi, as well as reasonable amounts of old-timey classics.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I probably hold the national record for skijumping! Not for Norway, where the record is probably approaching 160m at this point, but for Ireland. 9m on a homemade ski jump!

What I Can Share with Hosts
