ABOUT ME

Traveling and making friends in new places has been a dream of mine for years and I'm finally jump starting that dream. I am a junior in college studying graphic design and printmaking. I have a passion for telling stories and drawing comics to go with those stories. I have started a zine about travel stories, submitted by other people (journeyszine.tumblr.com, if you'd like to submit a story of your own). I play Ultimate Frisbee for my school's club team.

PHILOSOPHY

It is better to light a candle than curse the darkness. If you want to do something, do it. Don't let anything hold you back.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visiting the Lake District National Park in the UK has been the most amazing part of living in Scotland so far. The grandness was astounding and being surrounded by nature in so many forms was refreshing and revitalizing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to play Ultimate Frisbee or just how throw a disc. I usually carry my frisbee everywhere I go. I can teach about printmaking, mostly just intaglio (copper plate, etching) on the road, since it's the most portable. I can teach you some recipes I've used all my life, as well as some new ones I'm picking up.
