Well there's no point rambling on all about me, this is more about 'us'. My best friend Anthea and I have been on and off travelling together for several years and we don't see us stopping anytime soon. From being a ski instructor without ever seeing snow before, to hiking active volcanoes, we're always up for an adventure and trying new things that come our way.

Without a doubt our favourite part of travelling is never knowing who you're going to meet next and what fun facts you'll be able to learn off them. We're the Aussie girls who are always up for a chat over a game of cards or a cold bev.

We love being outdoors during our spare time and can spend hours by the beach for days on end, although our current level of surfing is embarrassing for a couple of Australian's who have grown up around countless surf breaks. We love snowboarding and yes we've tried skiing, but I think it's safe to say nothing beats the feeling of cruising down fresh powder on a snowboard.

I have a degree in commerce although I found out pretty fast that cubical life just isn't for me. Since quitting my office job back home, I've worked numerous jobs while travelling around to new places. With my spare time you'll usually catch me channelling my inner Picasso, painting all things natural from waves to mountains to beaches. Although I'm not commissioning art, a painting could easily be left behind for the right couch.

Anthea has just graduated with a degree in Speech Therapy although decided on a gap year to join me on my travels - Thank God because the dynamic duo just isn't the same without her banter. Although she's no Jamie Oliver, she can cook up a mean pesto pasta and knows the right Spotify playlist for any occasion.

We all know the skills and life lessons gained from travel are endless, but one of our most proud would be the ability to sleep anywhere, anytime, from airports, to beaches, to crammed chicken busses in Guatemala. We would be very thankful for any bed, couch, cushion, or patch of carpet you have to offer and look forward to meeting you.
