Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to meet new people and share experiences, and CS is great in facilitating this. I also am beginning a project to promote local venues and artists (musical, visual and otherwise) through CS and other mediums.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have a number of friends who have surfed extensively, one of them I have housed a number of times : ) You know who you are xoxo I believe in sharing the experience and Couch Surfing seems like a great way to do it...

Some of my favourite authors: Louis De Bernieres, Raymond E. Feist, Iain M. Banks. Also developing a nice collection of Penguins :)

Music taste varied, from reggae to alternative/indi to 90's rock/grunge to old school rock/metal to blues. Always keen to find something new too : )

Movies: too many. Anything bold, insightful or just plain enjoyable.

Writing in English is what I can share, creatively, professionally.

I have worked in a number of industries including property, mining, horses and now Public Relations and Media. Varied knowledge on all fronts.

I would love to learn more about other cultures and languages from fellow travellers and of course you cant beat local knowledge : ))
