About Me

Hi! I'm a 33-year-old Admissions Counselor living in Denver, CO who loves art, travel, food and learning about different cultures. I've been lucky enough to travel around most of North America and study in Argentina and Spain and I love meeting people from different areas of the world. Teach me something about your hometown or the places you've traveled in the past!

I am a huge nerd when it comes to geography, language and trivia and am a wealth of random (but interesting!) knowledge. I have a plan to travel to as many new places as possible and would love to meet like-minded people who love learning, exploring, eating great food and trying new things!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel and meet new people and have a few friends who have enjoyed couchsurfing, so I'm giving it a try! I am open to hosting in the near future- I recently moved into a new apartment and am still setting it up. Will update my status once it's more comfortable for guests.

Music, Movies, and Books

I mostly listen to indie, classic rock and some pop/hip hop. Some of my favorite bands are Arctic Monkeys, Lana Del Rey, Sylvan Esso, Selena Gomez, Oh Wonder, Chet Faker, Drake, etc. I like movies that make you think so Inception, Fight Club, Gone Girl, etc are some of my favorites and I tend to gravitate toward suspense or thriller novels or anything historical.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's so difficult to hone in on only ONE amazing thing I've done, but living in Argentina is by far my most fulfilling life experience so far. It opened my eyes to a completely different culture/world-view and made me fall in love with travel and learning.

Teach, Learn, Share

I majored in Castilian Spanish in college, but have lost some of it- so I can teach you the basics! I am a wealth of random knowledge and great at trivia, so if you need a partner I'm your girl!

Countries I’ve Visited

Brazil, Canada, France, Iceland, Netherlands, Paraguay, Portugal, Uruguay
